TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

(Terms and Conditions)

1. General provisions

1.1. These terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) define the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the buyer and the seller when purchasing goods in the online store SmartBaltic.com.

1.2. The Seller is UAB Priedai.lt, legal entity code 303154526, registered in the Republic of Lithuania.

1.3. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read these Terms and agree to comply with them.

1.4. The Seller has the right to amend the Terms at any time. The version of the Terms valid at the time of placing the order shall apply.

2. Conclusion of the sales contract

2.1. The sales contract is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer places an order and receives confirmation of it.

2.2. Each order placed by the Buyer is stored in the Seller’s database.

3. Buyer’s rights and obligations

3.1. The Buyer has the right to:

• purchase goods in the online store SmartBaltic.com;
• withdraw from the sales contract within 14 calendar days, except for the exceptions established by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania;
• receive quality goods and detailed information about them.

3.2. The Buyer undertakes to:

• provide correct and complete information;
• pay for the order on time;
• upon receiving the goods, immediately check their condition.

4. Seller’s rights and obligations

4.1. The Seller undertakes to:

• provide correct and up-to-date information about the goods;
• deliver the goods within the term specified at the time of ordering;
• respect the Buyer’s rights in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4.2. The Seller has the right to cancel the order if the Buyer does not pay for it within the specified period.

5. Product prices and payment

5.1. All product prices in the online store are indicated in euros and include value added tax (VAT).

5.2. Payment can be made via online banking, payment cards or other payment methods specified by the Seller.

6. Delivery of goods

6.1. Goods are delivered by the method chosen by the Buyer and to the address specified by the Buyer.

6.2. Delivery times are preliminary unless stated otherwise.

7. Liability

7.1. The Buyer is responsible for the correctness and accuracy of the information provided.

7.2. The Seller is not liable for losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Buyer.

8. Final provisions

8.1. These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

8.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
