RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Withdrawal from the contract

1.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the product, without giving any reason, except for the exceptions established by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

2. Return conditions

2.1. The returned product must be:

• unused or used only to the extent necessary to check the product’s characteristics;
• undamaged;
• with all accessories and in the original packaging.

2.2. Return costs are paid by the buyer, except in cases where a defective product is returned or the wrong product was delivered.

3. Exceptions

3.1. The right of return does not apply in the cases established by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, including but not limited to:

• products made individually according to the buyer’s order;
• used hygiene products if the packaging has been damaged;
• other cases established by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Refunds

4.1. Refunds are issued within 14 days from the receipt of the returned product.

4.2. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original payment, unless the buyer and the Seller agree otherwise.
